DESPATCH CUT OFF TIMES

Cut off for despatch from our warehouse the same working day is 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (11.45 Wednesdays, Collect+ 1.30pm ) and 12.45pm on Fridays , subject to stock availability and volume of orders. Orders received after this time may still be despatched the same day; otherwise they will be despatched the following working day.

Overseas Customers

Overseas orders will be despatched via the Royal Mail on the International Signed for service.

Costs will be as follows (one pair of boots only):

Europe £9.50
Rest of world - Dependant on location ( We will email you with the cost)

Faulty items

Where a product has turned out to be faulty, Footyboots will refund the customer with the cost of the postage and exchange or refund where applicable.

Please send the faulty items by either first class post or by recorded delivery. Footyboots will not refund the customer the cost of using any other service such as special delivery and in such circumstances any postage refund will be limited to the cost of returning by recorded delivery

Exchange & Refunds

Items that need to be returned due to wrong sizing/non suitability by no fault of footyboots4kids.com may be returned and exchanged subject to our return carriage charges being paid by you, the customer. The sales invoice must also be returned.

Refunds may be given at the discretion of footyboots4kids.com on unwanted products provided that they are returned in their original packaging (including any stud key where applicable) and in an unworn / unused state provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

The original sales invoice must also be returned.

Please note that, where boots have been correctly ordered and are returned for a refund, there will be a charge of £2.00 per pair of boots deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank charges and administration costs..

Returned boots remain your responsibility until safely received by us. We recommend that you send any returns by recorded delivery. Remember to obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 3 weeks, once you have returned your goods, for the refund to be sent to you.

It Is Extremely Important That The Sales Invoice Is Enclosed With The Parcel.

Every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined on the website are correct. However, errors/omissions may occur and prices may change without notice.

Delivery and Billing Information

We aim to send out boots the same working day but we do not guarantee this. Your boots will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 working days in the majority of cases, if they are in stock at the time of order. If you require the boots urgently, please advise us that you wish your boots sent by next delivery. If boots are ordered by next day delivery after the 1pm cut off, please call 01306 713302 to confirm that we will be able to meet your request.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside our control. Examples of these are bank holidays and strikes.

Please note: cheque/credit card transactions will be processed prior to the despatch of any order in ALL cases. www.footyboots4kids.com will appear on your credit card or bank statement.

This website has been created to make your shopping experience as simple as possible.

Please follow the simple steps set out below. Feel free to call our helpful staff to guide you through the shopping process if you need assistance.

Click on the Manufacturer button to choose a brand from the drop down menu or click on "all" to see all brands.

Click on the Sole type button to choose a type of sole, if you are unsure what these catorgories mean, please refer to the Boot Advice button on the left hand side of each page.

Click on the Price Range button to choose a price bracket.

Once on the boot page, you can scroll through the different styles, with each boot showing you a price and a brief description.

If you wish to view a boot in more detail, click once on the picture of the boot. This will then take you to a new page showing you a larger, more detailed picture and description of the boot. It will also give you a drop down menu of the sizes that are available.

If you wish to purchase the boot, click on the size you require and then click add to basket.

This will then show you the contents of your basket. Click on "continue shopping" to make another purchase or to view other boots or click on checkout to pay for you purchases.

You can view your basket at any time and if you wish to remove an item from your list, please click once on the dustbin icon.

When you arrive at the checkout, your shopping list will appear at the top followed by information and payment fields. Please fill in all fields carefully. Once you have filled in all the fields, click once on the "place order" button at the bottom right hand of the page.

If you have a slow internet connection, it may take a little time before the next screen appears.

If the checkout page still appears, it maybe that a field has not been filled out correctly; the field that requires correcting will be shown in red.

Your goods will now be dispatched and delivery should be within 2-5 working days. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail of your purchase.
