Faulty items

Where a product has turned out to be faulty, Footyboots will refund the customer with the cost of the postage and exchange or refund where applicable.

If our products are damaged as a result of misuse by the customer or the intended user of our products, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible for the damage to the product.

Some of our products, especially the canvas Puma boots, are designed for use by specific players on the field, such as strikers, and wingers. If they are used by other players such as defenders, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible for damage resulting from such heavy use, for which the boot was not designed, and, in such circumstances, no refunds will be given.

It is the customer's responsibility for selecting the correct boot for the intended purpose and, whilst we will give advice if requested, www.footyboots4kids.com Limited will not be held responsible or liable for the incorrect selection of the boot or for any injury resulting therefrom

Please send the faulty items by either first class post or by recorded delivery. Footyboots will not refund the customer the cost of using any other service such as special delivery and in such circumstances any postage refund will be limited to the cost of returning by recorded delivery

Exchange & Refunds

Items that need to be returned due to wrong sizing/non suitability by no fault of footyboots4kids.com may be returned and exchanged subject to our return carriage charges being paid by you, the customer. The sales invoice must also be returned.

Refunds will be given on unsuitable products provided that they are returned in their original packaging (including tissue packaging any stud key where applicable) and in an unworn / unused state provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please return the invoice with the boots and state on it as to why you are returning them, either a refund or exchange.If you have already ordered a replacement pair, please state this on the invoice also and, where possible, quote the new order number. Please do not affix the returned invoice to the box

Please note that, where boots have been correctly ordered and are returned for a refund, there will be a charge of £2.00 per pair of boots deducted from the refunded amount to cover bank charges and administration costs. If your boots are being exchanged, this charge will be waived..

Returned boots remain your responsibility until safely received by us. We recommend that you send any returns by recorded delivery. Remember to obtain proof of postage. Please allow up to 3 weeks, once you have returned your goods, for the refund to be sent to you.

It Is Extremely Important That The Sales Invoice Is Enclosed With The Parcel.
